Privacy Policy

TaulP LLC ("TaulP," "we," "us," "our") is a web design company based in Birmingham, Alabama. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit taulp.com, use our services, or communicate with us.

Information you provide. When you submit our contact form or communicate with us by email, you provide your name, email address, and optionally your current website URL and a message. If you become a paying client, we also collect billing information through our payment processor (Stripe).

Information collected automatically. Our web server logs may record your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. We do not use cookies for tracking. If you are a client on our Growth plan, we use Plausible Analytics on your website, which collects anonymous, aggregate traffic data with no cookies and no personal data collection.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request
• Build, deploy, and maintain your website
• Process payments through Stripe
• Send service-related communications (e.g., project updates, invoices, traffic reports for Insights clients)
• Improve our services and website

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use a small number of third-party services to operate:

• Formspree — processes contact form submissions. See Formspree's privacy policy.
• Stripe — processes payments. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• GitHub Pages — hosts our website and client preview sites. See GitHub's privacy statement.
• Plausible Analytics — privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics used on Insights-tier client sites only. See Plausible's privacy policy.

We retain contact form submissions and client communications for as long as needed to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. If you are a client who cancels their subscription, we retain your project files for 90 days after cancellation in case you need them, then delete them unless you request otherwise.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including using HTTPS encryption on all our sites, secure payment processing through Stripe, and limiting access to personal data to those who need it to provide our services. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us at z@taulp.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
