Most agencies ask for a deposit, then hope you like what they build. We flip that. You see the finished site before you pay a dollar, and once you do, your live domain stays untouched until you give the go-ahead. Here's exactly how that works.
We research your business, write real copy, and build out a complete, production-quality rebuild. This happens quietly — you don't lift a finger and you don't owe a dollar.
We send you a private link. Click around, read the copy, test on your phone, share it with your partner. It's the real site — just not connected to your domain yet, and not indexed by Google.
This is the first of two zero-risk checkpoints. If the rebuild doesn't earn your "yes," the project ends here. No invoice, no pressure, no hard feelings. You keep everything you already had.
Pick the tier that fits — Essential, Standard, or Growth — and we send a one-click signup link. This is the first time money changes hands, and only because you've already seen the finished product.
We move the rebuild into your production environment — hosting, SSL, forms, analytics (Growth tier) — all wired up on a hidden staging URL like staging.taulp.com/your-business. Your domain and current site don't change.
We hand you the staging URL for a final review. Read every page, submit the contact form, check it on your phone, show it to staff. Anything you want changed — hours, phone numbers, a photo swap — we fix before go-live. Your current site is still serving customers the whole time.
Nothing public changes until you green-light the launch. If QA turns up an issue we didn't catch, we fix it on staging — customers looking you up today still see your current site, exactly as it is right now. The DNS cutover is a single, deliberate moment, not a surprise.
This is the one moment something actually changes publicly. We update your domain's DNS records to point at the new site. Within a few minutes to a few hours (DNS propagation), visitors to your domain land on the rebuild instead of the old site.
Your new site is now answering customers. From here, we monitor uptime, handle hosting + security, run updates, and ship the content changes you send in (new hours, new photos, seasonal copy). Growth-tier clients also get monthly traffic reports and SEO monitoring.
DNS records stay pointed at your existing host until you approve the cutover.
Customers looking you up see exactly what they saw yesterday. Zero downtime for the review window.
We only touch your domain's web DNS record at cutover. Email, MX, and third-party listings are left alone.
We'll research your business, build your rebuild, and send you a private link. No commitment until you love it.
